Idk

I just lost a friend and idk what should be next. Idk how to talk to people or to interect with other. I feel scared of loneliness.

    Please dont! Do seek a counselor if it is possible. I probably won’t understand how you feel but I hope you get better, losing a friend sounds devastating, and even I won’t know what to do myself. So, I believe this needs the help of a professional counsellor, as they are well experienced with all sorts of difficulties. Good luck <3
